IDENTXR BETA TERMS OF ACCESS

Confidentiality. IdentXR's design, source code, matching methodology, and underlying software are proprietary. You're welcome to use the tool and talk about your experience with it, but you agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, recreate, or build a derivative tool based on IdentXR without prior written permission.

Use of Data. IdentXR cross-references case data sourced from NamUs, the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System, a public database. You agree to use IdentXR responsibly and only for lawful purposes consistent with its intended use — identifying missing persons and unidentified human remains. These records represent real people and real families. Do not use the tool to harass, contact, or publicly expose individuals connected to a case, and direct any potential leads through appropriate channels such as law enforcement, NamUs, or a victim advocacy organization rather than acting on them directly.

No Warranty. IdentXR is provided as-is during the beta period. Features may change, break, or be removed. Results produced by the tool are for investigative reference only and do not constitute legal or forensic conclusions.

Feedback. By participating in the beta, you agree that feedback you provide may be used to improve the tool. Your identity will not be disclosed without permission.

Access. IdentXR is a beta product. Access may be paused, limited, or discontinued at any time as the tool changes and develops.
